My history
Where everything begins
Hello! I’m Agnese Miraz, a professional chef with over 12 years of experience in the culinary world. I come from Trieste, a city in northern Italy, but at the age of 20, I moved to London to explore the world.
I began my culinary career at a Michelin-starred restaurant called L’Autre Pied in Marylebone. I continued my training at SushiSamba, an iconic restaurant that celebrates the culinary cultures of Japan, Brazil, and Peru.
Passionate about travel and languages, I eventually moved to Mallorca, where I started—and continue—to collaborate with renowned companies on the island, specializing in catering and private events.
This project was born from my passion for creating moments and sharing everything I’ve learned along the way.
For me, gastronomy is an art form—a way to express myself and connect with people.
Beyond the kitchen, I have a deep love for nature and animals, as well as dancing, meditation, and alternative therapies. That’s why I enjoy designing culinary experiences that integrate these unique elements, turning each gathering into something far more meaningful than just a meal.
